Production is supported by 40 sets of German-made RS biaxial warp knitting machines for warp knitting fabric, two PVC calender machines in 5 m and 3.2 m widths, six laminators for banner production, four high-speed coating machines and eight cutting and packing lines across roughly 10,000 square metres of shelving, plus a separate vinyl plant in Anhui province. The company describes a two-stage quality control routine that tests material at the raw-material stage, every 1,000 m of production and again before packing, with photo and video reports issued to the buyer. Roll widths run from 1.0 m to 5.1 m, with base fabric from 200x300D up to 1000x1000D.
